In an unexpected gesture, Nigerian artist Davido pleasantly surprised a fan at her sister’s wedding by performing one of his hit songs, “Unavailable.”
The Nigerian musician, accompanied by his bodyguard, was captured passionately performing at the event in several videos that quickly went viral on social media.
The woman, whose sister received the surprise performance, took to social media to express her gratitude for Davido’s unexpected appearance at the event.
“At my sister’s wedding! He arrived straight from the airport to give her and her husband a surprise! Thank you @davido for gracing us with your presence last night!! May God continue to shower blessings upon you always!!”
She elaborated on how she approached Davido about attending the occasion: “When I mentioned to @davido that my sister was getting married and asked if he could surprise her and her husband, he assured me it would happen and requested the date.”
“Despite mentioning he’d be in Dubai, he committed to flying in directly from the airport, and he did just that!”
