As Otti recounted, Kalu’s initiatives during his tenure as Governor and his(Otti’s) strategic efforts as a former MD/CEO of the defunct Diamond Bank were fundamental in navigating regulatory hurdles and securing vital waivers crucial for the project’s progression.
