During the meeting, Deputy Speaker Kalu highlighted the efforts of the Peace in South East Project (PISE-P), focusing on digital literacy through the Community Enterprise Digital Hubs initiative. This initiative, in collaboration with the Nigerian Communications Satellite Limited (NIGCOMSAT), aims to bridge the digital divide between urban and rural areas, ensuring inclusive growth across Nigeria.

Kalu emphasized the critical need to address the digital access gap, pointing out that bridging this divide is essential for all Nigerians to benefit from the burgeoning digital economy. The House of Representatives remains committed to partnerships and strategies that provide digital access and literacy to underserved communities, ensuring no one is left behind in the digital transformation journey.
