Members of the Greater Awgu Media Practitioners have queued behind Prof. Nick Ezeh, (Ugoeze Enugu State) the APC Senatorial Candidate of Enugu West Senatorial District for the forthcoming 2023 general election.
They declared their unalloyed support for the Professor of Political Economics and International Relations when they paid him a courtesy visit in his country home in Enugu-Inyi, Oji River LGA.
The Chairman of the Association, Mr. Regis Anukwuoji who led the team of the members of the fourth estate of the realm said, though they are not partisans and do not belong to any political party but will support and throw their weight behind whom they believe will bring that desired and long awaited development for the people of Enugu West Senatorial District.
He advised people of Enugu Zone not to allow Prof. Nick Ezeh’s Mildas Touch elude them.
He said they decided to visit Prof. Nick Ezeh after going through his manifesto and having a glimpse into his past records of monumental achievements and concluded that at last the dream of a good and competent leader is.about to materialise in the Zone.
Mr. Regis at the visit presented to Ugoeze the Association’s constitution and a development road map programme drawn by the Association which he said was in semblance with Prof. Nick Ezeh’s manifesto.
Prof. Ezeh in his charismatic and confident demeanour assured the respected media men that their time to enjoy their profession is very near, saying that media practitioners from the Greater Awgu Zone in particular and Enugu State in general will be in his priority when he gets to the Nigeria’s Red Chambers.
He briefed them on how he intend to actualize the contents of his manifesto.
Prof. Ezeh expressed sadness that the highly gifted zone has been in darkness because people who lack patriotism and love for humanity have been steering the ship of the Zone towards chaotic destination and promised that with him the hidden potentials will manifest for the good of everyone.
