Former Imo State Governor Anayo Rochas Okorocha will be arraigned in the Federal High Court in Abuja on corruption charges.
Okorocha, who currently serves as a Senator, will be tried by the Federal Government on 17 charges involving the criminal transfer of public funds that amount to billions of naira and property.
Newsglobal gathered that the allegations dated January 24, 2022, were signed by one of Ikota’s A.O’ on behalf of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
The arraignment is expected to be presided over by Justice Inyang Eden Ekwo of the Abuja division of the Federal High Court.
