Abuja, June 11, 2025 — The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has issued an order staying all proceedings at the Federal High Court in the dispute filed by suspended Senator Natasha Akpoti‑Uduaghan. The senator had challenged the six‑month suspension imposed on her by the Senate.
With the Appeal Court’s directive, the Federal High Court is now barred from taking any further steps on the matter until the appellate process concludes.
