Reports reaching Newsglobal claims that Chinedu Marksman Ijomah, owner of the ponzi scheme which is now rested, the Chinmark Group has been arrested.
Chinedu was reportedly arrested in Enugu on Thursday.
His arrest came almost 48 hours after one of his investors, Nuella committed suicide. The details of his arrest are still vague at the moment but sources said investors have taken over the Enugu head office of Chinmark.
